My charming river view room had great toiletries but the shower pressure was inconsistent.

I enjoyed my stay at River Inn of Harbor Town, with stunning river views and attentive staff ensuring a lovely experience. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. However, the charming atmosphere and excellent service made it a delightful retreat.

The location was excellent for exploring various attractions, with the Memphis Pyramid just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. I appreciated the beautiful view of the river from my room, which made for a lovely experience. Although the hotel could use some improvements in cleanliness and service, the overall ambiance was pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay.

The location along the Mississippi River is stunning. I loved the breathtaking views from my room. The bed in my Superior King Room was comfortable, and the decor felt unique and cozy. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in and constantly checked if I needed anything during my stay, which really enhanced the experience. Breakfast at Paulette's had fresh options, although the wait time was quite long. The rooftop area offered lovely views, but it was unfortunately closed the first night. One downside was that the hot water didn't work for three days, which was quite frustrating. Also, I found the breakfast choices a bit limited during my stay. I wish they had more options. Overall, a charming hotel with room for some improvements.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the young gentleman at check-in who made us feel right at home Paulette’s had a fantastic breakfast, we enjoyed the fresh offerings despite missing some vegan options

Had an amazing group vacation! We enjoyed the views and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff coordinated our airport transport and set up fantastic carriage rides. For future guests, breakfast options could use some work. Otherwise, the whole place was inviting and homey, perfect for our trip with friends.

The room had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the views of the river from our window. Breakfast was super tasty with fresh orange juice and a menu selection that included made-to-order options. The staff was attentive, delivering guest requests quickly. The fitness center was a nice perk for a workout. Everything felt comfy and welcoming.

I adored our comfy room! Better yet, the river view was delightful, and the evening brandy treat was cozy, despite the drama of receiving it only the first night.

Not having brandy on night two felt like a terrible betrayal! And really, where's my coffee maker, darling?
